Payroll Service
A complete payroll service from pay slips and reports to online year end returns to HMRC – all operated by email. How it works: All information is provided by email – hours, salary changes, sick leave, maternity leave etc and then your pay slips and requested payroll reports (including details of the amount to pay to HMRC) are returned to your designated email address which you can then print, pay and distribute accordingly. All reports are returned within two working days. In-year Filing: All in-year processes (starters, leavers etc) are filed electronically with HMRC. To ease the process, where possible forms should be scanned and emailed (or faxed/posted where scanning is not readily available). Payroll Year End: Year End reports are prepared and emailed to the client for authorisation. Once agreed the reports are filed online with HMRC you will be notified of successful submission and provided with details of any online filing incentive payment. Costs: Rates for the current year are available on request and start from £4 per pay slip. An invoice for your payroll service will be sent with your payroll reports. What next: Request and complete a form detailing your company information and a starter form for each employee, these are provided as pdf (Adobe) files that can be completed electronically and emailed. I will then set up your payroll file and once all the information has been confirmed I am then ready to receive your first set of payroll information to process. Payroll Agent Authorisation from HMRC: I request that Teckform is authorised to act as your payroll agent with HMRC – this process is completed online once I have your company information and HMRC will send an authorisation code for you to pass to me to show that you agree to the request. |
